A question, a bug, or something that could feel simpler? We’d like to hear it.
When you set up Nela, you choose the apps you’d like a break from. Start an adventure from Home and those apps stay closed until it ends, while your pet heads out too. You can end early at any time; nothing is lost and nobody is punished.
Nela uses Apple’s Screen Time to keep the apps you chose closed. If they stop being blocked, check that Nela is still allowed in iPhone Settings under Screen Time, then open the app and choose your apps again.
If you signed in, sign in again with the same Apple Account on the new iPhone and your pet comes back with its progress. Choose the apps to protect again: Apple keeps that choice on each device. Without signing in, progress stays on the old iPhone.
Manage or cancel Plus in your Apple Account’s Subscriptions settings. On a new iPhone, use Restore purchases on the app’s Subscription screen. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription.

Reminders, such as an adventure ending, come from your iPhone itself. Turn them on or off in iPhone Settings under Notifications.
